Grand National Roadster Show 2013 Photos

This past weekend was the 64th Annual Grand National Roadster Show. This event attracts some of the most spectacular cars in the country. Each year a custom built roadster is selected as the winner of America's Most Beautiful Roadster.

The Grand National Roadster Show (GNRS) is "The Grandaddy of Them All" because it brings together the most accomplished classic car builders in a competition for the most beautiful roadster. In addition, there are tons of other classic cars and vendors on display. I was at the show representing California Car Cover. The CCC Crew has been exhibiting at the show for a number of years.

The show takes place at the Fairplex in Pomona. The event uses quite a few of the fairgrounds exhibition halls. There are plenty of customs, tradition rods, motorcycles and classics on display.

There were over 500 vehicles on display at the GNRS and many more outside. The weather wasn't that great this year, which put a damper on the number of outside cars. There was still plenty to see at the show.

 The main exhibition hall housed all the roadsters up for the award. Each of the vehicles up for the AMBR award were beautiful roadsters with many custom details and hand built modifications.

Spectators were treated to an amazing display of craftsmanship. Beautiful paint and engine work were displayed on each vehicle.

There were plenty of customs and traditional rods parked outside and inside the Suede Palace. The gloomy weather didn't keep the car clubs or people from attending the show.

 If you haven't been to the GNRS you definitely need to plan on attending the show in the near future. It is a great opportunity to see some of the most outstanding cars in the country all in one place.
