Corvette NCRS Spring Inspection Event at California Car Cover

The Southern California Chapter of the National Corvette Restorer's Society (NCRS) held their Spring Judged Meet at California Car Cover last Saturday. For the past few months, we have been working with our friends and customers at the NCRS to host this meet and make it a nice get-together for all Corvette enthusiasts. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate and we had to improvise a bit to accommodate all of the vehicles being judged and inspected. We still had a great Saturday at the office even if we did get a little wet.

The event was supposed to be an outdoor show and inspection in our SoCal sunshine. Fortunately, our California Car Cover Crew was on not working on the road last weekend, so we had some E-Z Up canopies available to use. Part of the judging involves an idle test and engine inspection, so cars were being checked rain or shine.

A few generations of Corvettes waiting for judging.

The California Car Cover Crew worked late on Friday night to clear enough space for event attendees to have their vehicles inspected indoors out of the rain. There were even a few members of the club that traveled down from Canada to participate in the meet.

Thank you to Don, Beverly and everyone at the Southern California Chapter of the NCRS for having their event at California Car Cover. Hopefully, next time around we can get a little more sunshine.
