The 29th Roy Brizio Street Rods Open House and Car Show took place this past Saturday at the
Brizio Street Rods headquarters in San Francisco, Ca. It was the first time that my father and I had been to the event and we were thrilled that we were able to attend the show this year. We cruised up to San Francisco for the day to see a lot of great friends and hot rods.
The show attracted a few hundred hot rod and classic car enthusiasts to the industrial area in South San Francisco. We were happy to run into a lot of friends that we usually only see at the LA Roadsters Car Show or Goodguys Pleasanton events.

The Open House let local customers and colleagues check out past, recent, and current project cars. Long time customers had their vehicles on display, plus the crew at Brizios' showed off their handy work with a number of under construction vehicles in the shop.

A highlight of the trip was a tour of the John Mumford Car Collection. This impressive collection features a lot of classic American cars and hot rods from the 1930s-1960s.
