The 2014 Ventura Nationals took place on the Saturday of this past Labor Day weekend. It was a great event with plenty of classic cars and automotive vendors taking over the Ventura County Fairgrounds.
If you like white wall tires and candy paint, the Ventura Nationals has to be a "must attend" on your list of car shows each year. There are always beautiful customs and plenty of traditional rods at the show. California Car Cover was not exhibiting at the event this year, but I drove out to the event on Saturday morning because the shows is always worth attending.
|The Ventura County Fairgrounds is a great venue for a single day car show. The property is just big enough to park a few hundred classic cars and is easy to get to off the 101 freeway.

In addition to the car show on Saturday, the Ventura Nationals weekend also includes an art show on Friday night before the show and a car run & BBQ on Sunday.
