SEMA Show 2013 Day #1 Vehicle Unveilings with California Car Cover

California Car Cover and I were part of ten vehicle debuts at the 2013 SEMA Show in Las Vegas. We were honored and thrilled that so many vehicle builders and owners would want to use our covers to keep their cars under wraps. This does not include the countless customers that used our covers to keep their vehicles clean outside overnight at the show.

The first unveiling of the show was the 1969 Chevy Camaro G/RS which was debuted on Tuesday morning. The vehicle will be making its rounds at all of the upcoming Goodguys car shows.

Up next was the Pure Vision TT Camaro at the HRE Wheels booth. We have done a number of
unveilings with Steve Strope at the crew at Pure Vision through the years, and the TT Camaro was an awesome follow up to last year's Martini Mustang. It is a pretty cool car if you are into twin turbo 1,400 hp 1972 Camaros (I figure you would be too).

Right around the corner from the Pure Vision unveiling was the Hypersilver Mustang debut at the Source Interlink booth. The Muscle Mustang crew kept the Fox body Mustang under one of our unveiling covers until the debut.

From there it was off to the GFS booth to check out the first Ringbrothers unveiling of the day. The guys at Ringbrothers build some killer muscle cars and this year's Blizzard was no exception. The 700+ hp Mustang featured all of the custom Ringbrothers touches.

The students at Wyotech built at custom 1964 Ford F-100 Roadster pickup for the 2013 SEMA Show. The great looking truck was kept under a custom California Car Cover before it was unveiled.

Later in the day, it was time for another Pure Vision unveiling. The guys took the cover off the Charger RT on Tuesday afternoon. The Dodge featured a beautiful paint job and eye catching red interior.

The Johnson's Hot Rods Studebaker made its track debut at Bonneville Speed Week this past summer, but it was unveiling to the industry at SEMA. I'm glad we could keep the race car clean when it wasn't going 220+ mph.

The ADRNLN Pantera built by the crew at Ringbrothers attracted a large crowd to the Royal Purple booth. The vehicle even included sponsorship and participation from Nike, so you know it was a serious project.

Custom Nike running shoes for the build

On Wednesday, I had two more debuts to attend. Sherwin Williams sponsored a special build and unveiling of a custom 1950 Buick wagon owned by race car driver Scott Pruett. A handful of Sherwin Williams executives discussed the future of Sherwin Williams in motorsports, plus Scott and fellow racer, Greg Biffle, talked to the crowd.

Our last unveiling for the 2013 SEMA Show took place at the NAPA booth. The crew at Chaotic Customs in Kansas build a custom 1940 Ford pickup and used one of our custom fit California Car Covers to keep it clean until the unveiling.

That was all of our debuts for Tuesday and Wednesday, but here are just a few photos of the great cars that used our covers to keep clean at night.

A big thanks to all of the car owners and builders for using our custom fit car covers for the SEMA unveilings this year. We greaty appreciate your support of our company.
