The Chop Shop Anniversary Party in Woodland Hills, Ca

 This past Saturday afternoon in Woodland Hills, Ca was the one year anniversary party at the Chop Shop Barber Shop. It is owned by some friends and customers of California Car Cover so I cruised over there in support of the event. The guys entertained their friends with some live music, tacos and a car show.

 If you are into cars and rock n' roll, The Chop Shop is a cool place to check out next time you need a cut. It is located on Ventura Blvd at Topanga Canyon in Woodland Hills, Ca. 

 Local band Petree played a set of original music and popular classic and alt rock cover songs.

 CCC was set up next to a clean Chevelle that happened to be owned by one of our local customers.

Big thanks to everyone at the Chop Shop for having us at the show on Saturday. We met some cool people and hopefully we will see them at some of the upcoming events at California Car Cover.

Summer Cruise Night #1

Last night was the first of our Summer Cruise Night events at California Car Cover. Even though mother nature was not cooperating we still had a nice crowd and a variety of classic cars on display. We have to give a big thanks to everyone that came out to the show even though there was light rain on and off throughout the evening. Even with the rain we still had 40 cars and quite a few people that spent their evening at California Cover. Here are some photo highlights.

It was our first Wednesday night cruise-in at California Car Cover so we are hoping for even bigger and better things at the next two cruise nights in August and September.

 Like pizza? Rock N' Roll Pizza from Woodland Hills, Ca brought out their 1941 Ford Fire Engine with a built-in pizza oven. They were serving up New York style pizza slices all night.

 We could not host the Summer Cruise Night Series with out the help of our staff and event sponsors. The sponsors all donated raffle prizes to the show so a few lucky attendees walked away with cool prizes from Clay Smith Cams, Shop-Vac, Battery Tender, Detail Pro, Fairfield Collectibles and Park Smart. Could not make it out last night? Didn't win a prize if you were there? Come back in August or September for another chance to win more great prizes.

The California Car Cover showroom stayed open late and had cruise night only specials taking place. We will have different show specials at the upcoming cruise nights.
